Kenneth Peek
Founding Member / Operations, Quality, and Integration
Kenneth is a machinist, CNC programmer, and Manufacturing Engineer. Using his experience as a Machinist and engineer, he provides Forma Machine with the insight to help the company grow its supply chain and continue improving the lean practices learned while working in the aerospace and defense industry.
Richard Marr
Founding Member / Pattern Design and Shop Management
Richard is our Lead Pattern designer, an experienced machinist, and a CAD designer. Richard has over 28 years of experience building patterns and foundry tooling. He has created tooling ranging from inches to over 12 feet. Richard's knowledge of pattern work gives Forma Machine the confidence to produce any foundry tooling needed by the nation's foundries.
